    That's interesting.

I still wonder if I have something like pcos because of my cycles. The dr said after my mc that I didn't because there were no cysts on my ovaries when the did the scan (although they weren't looking for them but she said they still would have shown up). But I said surely you wouldn't have cysts during pregnancy and she said yes you still would.

I don't get why your body would be trying to pop stuff out though if you're pregnant?

Cysts are only one of the symptoms, which a lot of doctors don't understand. I was told when first diagnosed that you have to have at least three of the five symptoms- excess hair, bad skin, ovarian cysts, long or absent cycles, and a difficulty in losing weight/easy to put it on.

He also said that its a complete grey area cos you can have some of the symptoms some time and may have a mild case or a severe case. He said some women could go their whole lives not knowing they have pcos cos the symptoms are so mild they don't affect their cycles.

And the weight thing is important because fat cells release oestrogen which exacerbates the condition.

It's also why fat men have boobs x

Hugs to tinks and other CD1s. No idea what's going on with my cycle, glad we're ntnp cos otherwise I'd be going crazy x

Tink - Big big hugs for cd1.

    Vic
    - Are you taking any supplements that might be lengthening your tww?

Elsie - Amen on how draining ttc is. It doesn't get any easier, just harder.

TCD - Glad you may have some good news at last. So glad you got an earlier appointment. Don'tknow how many sleepless night Dr Google has been responsible for but I have had my share:p

Can someone please explain why the part of my brain that governs my body is behaving like a petulant teenager? I've been eating nothing but junk food, drinking loads of 'banned' caffeine in the form of pepsi max, not taking my vitamins and infusions and doing no exercise and I know its bad but I can't seem to make myself do it. It's like my subconscious and unconscious has ganged up and decided that as doing the right stuff is really bad, then it may as well do everything wrong.

Back on the diet next week so may as well spend the weekend indulging my inner teenager and eating badly.

Also, why is it that everytime we decide to go to the kennels, it starts snowing again?

The world's way of telling you to get a husky? Lol

Pepsi max is God's own drink so you should always drink that :p and how have you been sleeping? Your body craves salt and starch when you're tired

I'm coming down with something I think - I always know I'm getting sick when I get tired walking up stairs - so I need more sleep. Probably also explains the need for caffeine. I agree about the pepsi max. Also the weather has changed from sunny to cold and snowy again which probably doesn't help either.

Now you come to mention it, there is a husky in the shelter...

Claire my FS is awesome, I definitely felt a lot more relaxed after the appointment! Shame it hasn't lasted long ;)

TL I didn't know that not all follicles have an egg in! Now I'm worried that that's what's happening to me. I'm useless lol.
