Hi Sapphire, you sound like you are in a similar place to me. I came of the pill in Dec, had normal end of pack 'period', then finally got AF after 43 days. I am currently on CD40 and no sign of AF. No advice really, but just wanted to say your experiences sound like mine (which is kinda reassuring!)

Arrrgh someone on facebook posting "you don't understand unless you have kids". No you're right. I don't understand anything. I don't have perfect mummy gingerbread poos and I obviously don't know anything because I still have a honeymoon fresh birth canal.

I hate people with kids sometimes. Why do they need to be soo smug??

Welcome Hun. I came off the pill after 12 years and my cycles were just like yours now. Average of 55 days I think. I wold say it took a good 6 months for them to come down to just over a month and about a year to average at 32 days. They are still a little off as my last one was 37 days! I am ovulating every month though.

Lol there's one woman on mine- We are treated to about half a dozen updates a day, all about her kids. Most of them read "Lily's done a poo on the potty!"
Does my head in to the point that I may delete her.

Wow thanks for the responses ladies. I feel reassured that a couple of you have experienced something similar (they didn't mention anything about this when I went on the pill!).

OH and I have decided to just BD as normal and hope nature takes its course. If my cycles are still really messed up after we get married in September then I'll go to the docs but will try not to get too stressed for now I suppose.

BZ thanks for advice re headaches. Have another one today so it must be clomid related. I'm not too worried about opks/cbfm, although will still use them out of interest, as being monitored this cycle so have tracking scan(s). Have everything crossed for this 2ww for you xxx
