Well I think the OH has a TLP...she came running in to the bedroom this morning to wake me up :rotfl:

She's now done 2 tests and both show a faint line in the test area (these are the sensitive 'One Step' tests).

I was then ordered out to the local chemist to get some other tests :o.

I've come back with the Superdrug ones and also the Clear Blue Digital but from what I've read it looks like its best to wait a few hours to use them?

She has Type 1 diabetes so is a little nervous/upset as her control hasn't been fantastic over the past few weeks :(

We were meant to be selling our 2-bedroom flat and looking at 3-bedroom houses over the next few months. I think that may now have to be put on hold for a couple of years!

    Eek

congratulations retepetsir! there's a couple of our graduates (an9i77 and maire1 i think) who also have diabetes so maybe you and your OH could ask on the less than twelve weeks thread for reassurance?

congratulations again, when i saw your name on the 'last posted' i thought we hadn't heard from you for a while so thought you was posting for a very good reason indeed :)

hi yargo - hope AF turns up as usual for you. If you don't mind spending a few extra quid feeding some sticks into the cbfm, I'd go for it rather than wait for 2 months, but then I'm really impatient ;)

retepetsir - HUGE congrats to you and your OH :j Here's to a happy and healthy 9 months

Thanks everyone, what a lovely thread :)

In terms of the house, we're not in the best location at the moment and the neighbours are causing problems along with things like expensive service charges so we thought we'd try and make the move before anything 'happened'. Now got to decide whether to move as quickly as possible (in the next few months) or just stay here! Some discussions to be had.

I'm scared and it's not even me that's pregnant!

Yes there were others with diabetes so I will definitely look at the other thread now.

It's been a stressful couple of months hence not posting, but BD had certainly kicked up a notch. Probably helped that I wasn't so stressed at work.

Main worries now are the diabetes and that her mum had lots of issues with her pregnancies which is worrying her quite a bit :(
