Oh NO TCD!! Firstly step away from Google. Perhaps it would be an idea to get in touch with your consultant and ask for an emergency/urgent appointment to discuss the results. Its not fair to have you hanging on until May and it may not be as bad as Google is suggesting and there may be some sort of treatment options that they can offer you.

TCD - so sorry to hear your news - it's awful when you get unexpected diagnoses at a hospital visit. I would suggest that you ring the Consultant's secretary and leave a message saying how stressed out you are and see if they will at least speak to you, even if they can't bring the appointment forward. You can get through to them via the hospital switchboard.
A hug isn't going to help, but I think you need one anyway :grouphug:

Oh no tcod Huge hugs!! Hopefully you will get to see your consultant early, get some clarity and the outlook for you personally will be brighter than the Internet suggests. Now the difficulties have been diagnosed they can work on the solution for you x
