Thanks again for all your congratulations. OH and I have decided we aren't telling anyone 'till much much later on although I somehow managed to email the pic of my test to my best friend. She's been there through all the ups and downs over the years so it just felt right.

This was my 2nd cycle of clomid @ 100mg Teamlowe. It's designed for people like you so your optimism is well-placed

ChocGirl once you have a peak on your CBFM it will give you a second peak, a high and then a low so you can stop putting sticks in once you've got your first peak if you want!

TeamLowe - I would have been so cross with my OH if he'd done that as well, well done for putting it behind you in preference of BDing!

abis - I had loads of ewcm about 4 days after I would usually have ovd which is why I'm confused this month, but maybe that's normal?

lily - HUGE congratulations! Really happy for you!

becca - please can you update me to CD30, I have ovd but not sure when. I think about day 17 (which is late) so lets say 13dpo. My cycle is the longest it's been for ages this month so have been frantically POASing but nothing yet, even with FR test (usually use ICs). However, reading what you guys have been saying about February lengthening cycles, it makes sense!

We can never be bothered to BD, haha - maybe I need to invest in a proper ov monitor rather than the ICs I've been using, any recommendations? Think I need to start making an effort to temp as well.

It just goes to show that patience and perserverance pays off and I'll try to keep that in mind....but I'm sooo impatient!

Massive congratulations to Lilymay - what a wonderfully special birthday present - happy birthday!!! Hope everything goes really smoothly for you.

AFM, now on CD24 and still showing a "high" on the CBFM - that's now 11 days in a row with no sign of OVing plus it makes me 8/9 days late for my "normal" cycle and no sign of AF arriving at all.

Have decided I'm going to bite the bullet and POAS tonight when I'm home from work.

Eeeek - I'm rather scared to be honest!:eek:

P.s. - can I please guess 9 BFP's for March - I reckon there would have been lots of valentine's activity and we'll get a few BFP's in early to mid March :j

AFM I've had a cycle since being here last I'm CD18 awaiting OV, but suffering with a urine infection so although wanting to BD & OH being around (this in itself has been an issue in the past few months!) not sure it's the best idea

What with the wedding plans and the actual day -which I have to say was absolutely perfect! I've been preoccupied but today I'm feeling a bit sorry for myself at not being pregnant and the highs & lows of each month.
We haven't booked our Honeymoon yet tho and part of me is reluctant to book in Summer holidays (I'm a school teacher) as I really hope to be pregnant but feel like I put my life on hold?! How does it happen so easily for some people? My SIL is pregnant with her 4th due in July- still not officially told everyone as there are complications with her & my brother's relationship & many issues surrounding their other 3 children & I am happy for them but just wonder if I'll ever have that.
Hate all this uncertainty- as I'm sure we all do.

Right enough for now, off for lunch and to call the GP again.

A question: My cycle has been 27 days for a few cycles now. According to the CBFM I OV'd around CD20. Which I believe makes my luteal phase somewhere between 5 and 7 days.

That seems very short? Is that perhaps why we haven't bee able to get pg before now??

Help! Am I worrying for no reason? !!

Congrats on getting married emylou! I'd be tempted to just go ahead and book your honeymoon for the summer - where are you thinking of going? Could you book it with an option to cancel? That way if you did get pregnant you could cancel and book somewhere over here instead. Hope the infection clears up soon too.

Angeltreats - good luck for the scan tomorrow, hope it gives you some answers and the pain goes. I've got a persistent cyst and at certain times of my cycle it is really painful, so have every sympathy for you.

Chocgirl - not sure about the lp sorry, but sure someone else will. Before ttc I didn't really give my cycle a second thought but now everything worries me!

AFM - no BD yesterday due to hangovers/OH smelling like a brewery gone wrong. Planning on tonight though. Hope everyone's having a good Monday.
