Did you give up on the opks?

Maybe you are in the 2ww now?

Once I took til cd39 to ovulate. DH made me do a pregnancy test around cd35 just to prove I wasnt just pregnant. Which I knew I wasnt so was even more depressing as I hadnt even ovulated let alone got pregnant! Makes you feel like tearing your hair out.

Yes but I'm definitely not pregnant. I really don't think I ovulated. Just fed up of waiting for AF.

What is with all the missing AFs at the mo?! I'm with you skint!

I think it's February. Cold, dark month, end of winter and a few month of darkness. Like reverse lunaception - messes up your cycle.

I think it was last Feb I had my 54 day cycle! There could be something in that.

Cant believe I ovulated on day 18 the quickest ever this year at this time, but maybe it was because on the sunny days we have had, Ive been outside in all of them!

Ah. I've been stuck indoors all winter after my operation. Maybe that's why? Need to get outside more then!

  • Just a quick one before i go to sleep. optimistic mummy you'll need to ask your new gp to refer you to a gynae if you have suspected endo as the only way it's diagnosed is by laproscopy. Scans will show cysts though. :)

thankyou think i will just explain the situation ive always had with my cycles.... and be honest with them and see what they do. its getting worse each month and tbh i can't bear it ... as much as i would love another child my last cycle i was in tears telling DP that if i didn't conceive within a couple of months i was going back on the pill. (i want a sibling for our son and another child for us more than anything in the world so for me too say this it must be bad).. the pill takes the edge off and makes me slightly lighter. i can't even go out when AF appears and if i do manage to get out its only after about the first 72 hours because im so heavy.. i use pads and tampons both at the highest absorbency i can buy and still changing around every 2 hrs if i haven't leaked through before then. im constant agony honestly full blown labour with my son wasn't as painful. because of the pain getting no more than a few hours sleep each night that AF shows and generally drained and feel unwell... but within 24/48 hrs of AF disappearing im fine again untill about 48 hrs before next AF do for nearly 14 days of the month every month i feel C#*p..... sorry for TMI .... the stuff us women go through to reproduce xx hugs to all im off to bed now nighty nighty xxx

Gosh what a story Bambisbelle, you're a very brave lady. I understand your quote about strength in your sig now too. :) Sorry if it brought up some nasty stuff with me asking. :o

Your AFs sound horrific Optimistic Mummy :( I'm not surprised they're getting you down so much. Get yourself to the GP and beg and plead and cry to see a Gynae for some treatment. :)

Hope the OPKs come in useful Vic! Got my CBFM sticks off Lemon the other day, lovely lady! :)

Hopefully March will be another bumper month with the arrival of spring! I'll guess 9 BFPs :)

I also had that email from Clearblue and replied to say I was still interested, but I've only gone and left my phone at home today :( Gutted. I might reply and give them my work number.
