Argh, I had that at the end of last cycle. Spotted on and off for 4 days before af arrived. I only normally spot for 12-24 hours.

    Hope af doesn't visit x

Yeah Ive had some cycles where Ive spotted for about 2 days before, and others where AF just started out of nowhere.

    Hi vic

I'm on 4 of the holland and Barrett ones daily I think their 400mg per tablet. I'm taking them all month (I know some say to stop after ov) morning and evening. I took 2 daily last cycle and saw an improvement I my cycle (less spotting heavier af more ewcm etc) so have upped the dose to full to see how it goes. They did give me a cracking headache for a few days when I started them though.

I know the effects are cumulative so I'm hoping to see a bit of an improvement each month. Taking it mainly for short lp and stupidly light af.

Oh I just realised I ov earlier this month too yay!

If I do spot it's usually less than 24 hours and I usually get mild cramps with the spotting to warn me which I don't have. So now its over 24 hours and no cramps. My nipples are sensitive and painful though which happens before AF so...
Doubtful AF will stay away but I can hope

Ah the starting out of nowhere AF. The moment you find out it's like !!!!!!! Then oh !!!!!! that's another pair ruined. It can't be just me that finds it basically impossible to get them clean after that!

I hope it stays away but doubt creeps in.

If you have EWCM TeamLowe you should get off the computer and on your OH ;).

January I would but he's not here! The beggar said he'd be home by eight too grrr. Will have to hide my annoyance and seduce him when he gets back before parents go to bed so I don't have to worry about them hearing us...snoring lol x

January - my full flow comes on suddenly too. You need to take the pants off asap and run then under the cold tap for ages. Then a normal wash should take care of it. Obviously that is less successful if you come on in the morning at the office.

Just made things harder for myself. On a fast day tomorrow and made a pan of white chocolate cheesecake brownies because I've been promising my team that I'd make some and they'd kill me if I went in empty handed.

Typical man, never home when they say they will be. If he's anything like my OH when he says a time he means leaving where he is, not arriving home by that time!
Play the game - seduce, sex then wham, hit him with the p'd off stick right after. Think of Scrubs when Carla is angry at Turk but makes sure she's all nicey nice to get the sex because of trying then after gets all angry with him.

Snoring :rotfl:? Is that what people call it now? Thats a bit different
