Think he still has hopes though. Hello and goodbye peck on cheek and he went straight for my mouth both times (I dodged)! Also comments on my clothes. After lunch he asked 'so what now?' and looked crushed when I said 'well, I'm going home'.
You try to be nice...
I'm sorry, I know I shouldn't but
:rotfl:
Bless him. He DEFINITELY still has hopes.
It must be hard though from his point of view. He's clearly really attracted to you (and wants to snog you lol) and you just don't feel the same. I've been on both sides and feel sorry for both of you! Maybe the friends thing isn't going to work out...0 -
maybe not :rotfl:
He did text me before we met for lunch saying he understood it's just friendship and that's ok.
...or maybe he has a different idea of friendship. FWB?
No thanks. If I don't fancy you enough to date you, I definitely don't fancy you enough for that!

Ugh - I'm jealous (is he Justin Timberlake?) lol! Wonder what he would do if you told him about your FWB?
:rotfl:
It is difficult though. I have a few male friends and meet up with them for coffee or to see a show or movie and sometimes, especially with newish friends, its difficult to know if they think its a date or not.
I think if he tries to kiss you again, I would say, "I meant what I said about us just being friends. I don't want things to get awkward between us."0 -
just keep reminding him that it's friends only, and when he texts try and put mate in there somewhere. Otherwise it may get to the stage you will just end up telling him to get lost.0
