Speeding Fine Appeal Forms

Hi All, I see advertised many websites offering the forms used to appeal speeding fines. Does anyone have these forms, as this could save everyone around £40 on top of the costs for the actual fines and of course the points on the license.

What sites? Never heard of any.
  • Hi Hintza,
There are lots of these sites all promising 90-100% get-off the speeding fines.
    These are some examples:

    https://www.justiceforeveryone.co.uk
    https://www.ukspeedcamerafine.com
    https://www.casedismissed.co.uk

It would be good if, no-one has these form template, which I find hard to believe, that a few people club together to get these forms.

A good way of not paying anything is not to actually go over the speed limit... not rocket science is it?

The usual helpful suggestion!! The conscience of the nation brigade comes to the fore yet again........this is a money saving site afterall.
  • Hi all,
Come on guys, hasn't anybody got anything constructive to say here. There must be lots of people like me who would like this information. I was booked for 36mph in a 30 zone, and it could cost my license, so don't even bother to reply unless it's constructive.

    Hi everyone,

Been doing some surfing about this justiceforeveryone site. It is so obviously a ripoff, but here's someones account......

The system works like this. You send the first letter saying you do not know who the driver
is and ask for a photo. The theory is they will not send it and your case will be dropped. That
is the theory but I got a lovely photo back from police videotaped evidence.

Letter two. You write and say you still cannot identify the driver and you hope the matter
does not go to court. Letter three is very similar to the second.

If you were photographed by a mobile unit you can go to letter four after recieving reply to
letter one. In this letter you ask for all the details to do with the mobile unit.

Item 1...Calibration records of all equipment used in the detection of the alledged offence.
Item 2...Maintainance records of all equipment used in the detection of the alledged
    offence.
Item 3..Training records for the officer concerned in the use of the calibration equipment.
Item 4.. Copies of the certificate of competence issued to the officer concerned.
This is exact wording as on letter templates.

The information also advises that the ticket is returned with the letters with no signature.
Whether you should fill in any/all information on the form (called a NIP) is not stated in
the information. All in all not very clear for £33.00 or some sellers are doing similar schemes
    for just under £30.00.

I have been given all the paperwork under the Freedom of Information Act as
requested. However it has not cancelled my ticket as promised. This information cost me
£33 as earlier stated. It may work with some police authorities.

Pepipoo is the site to go to, if there is a way to get off with a magic letter, these guys would have it in bold letters!!

If so, it doesn't look very professional. They have spelt 'maintenance' and 'alleged' incorrectly. Sounds like an amateurish outfit and best avoided.
