can you show them the booking confirmation and proof of payment.
If you can, ask them to put you up, and they can contact the agent in the morning for payment.
A lot of booking agencies send details manually on fax or email, it is possible it has been lost in the journey.
He has shown them booking confirmation and asked for a room but they want £110 up front.0 -

Ive shown them, my booking confirmation the card ive paid with, and they've said there is nothing on there systems, and there fully booked; now they said if we get any cancellations by 10pm we can let you have a room but it will be £1100 -
