Help! At a hotel yet stuck!

Hey Everyone

Im Stuck, im currently at a hotel in Swansea [Mecure Swansea]

I booked this with "Hotel Stay UK" and got to the hotel and they do not have any record of my booking on there systems! :eek:

Now there is nothing they can do, cause they say it between me and Hotel Stay UK

Even though A) Hotel Stay UK has took the money out my bank account
and Ive got the confirmation

Ok ill try giving them a call im just in the reception of the hotel on my laptop trying to work something out

Maybe the stress free way this evening would be to see if you can pay for a room tonight and contact hotel stay in the morning... and get them to refund tonights stay or maybe they will be able to refund it through the hotel so yiu get it quicker....

I did ask that when everything kicked off, and they didn't have any record but the room rate tonight is £110! which i cannot afford ive got £30 in my bank account at the moment to cover me till Saturday

what about a premier inn nearby, they will take your card details but not charge until you leave?

Good point, just gotta find one as the Mecure isn't exactly close to anything x

can you show them the booking confirmation and proof of payment.

If you can, ask them to put you up, and they can contact the agent in the morning for payment.

A lot of booking agencies send details manually on fax or email, it is possible it has been lost in the journey.
