Sold a jacket. Buyer didn't pay, left it a week, sent them eBay message, no reply.got their phone number, text them. Buyer said her boyfriend had bid, she didn't realise, she would pay tonight. She didn't pay. 2 days later text them again, are you paying at the end of the month,
I need to know so I can send. No response
.
File a case, 3 days later they pay. Then sends eBay message asking for the sleeve measurements as her bf has long arms, can I send more photos as the original photo didn't show the length of the sleeves.

What should I do here, I haven't sent it yet, she paid today.could she file a snad

  • give them the measurements and see if they still want the item, if they do then send it and if they don't then refund and ask them to accept a cancellation request so you can get your FVF's back. Its better for them to say they don't and you refund now rather than risk them sending it back you being out on the postage cost.

I won't send it yet .They paid today now are asking me to "hurry"and send the photos.
Rather than get a npb mark, could she have paid just to avoid that, then claim the sleeves are too short so snad before received
  • Sounds like a nightmare. Might be worth cancelling the transaction and re-listing before you've shelled out on postage.

They can give me bad feedback I need my fvf s back
I have asked eBay and can't cancel because I have opened a case and you can only have I case per transaction ie I can't cancel
  • you can still do a cancel transaction as the NPB did not complete, you cant do a NPB after a cancellation request though.

like I said, give them what they have asked for and ask to confim if they still want the item then take it from there.

I have tried. It will not accept it and eBay told me I cant
  • Are you trying to cancel in the resolution centre? Sometimes you have to do it through there.

  • sounds like they really don't want the item and are looking for an excuse - I would give them the option of withdrawing from the purchase which I know is not right but often easier in the long run!
