I got exactly the same as below, very happy. I don't ever pay full price for Burts Bees stuff, but I know the value of it, and I think I did very well. Would definitely do it again.natasha8642 wrote: »I received my Burt's Bees bag today and this is what was it in (along with price of each item on B.Bees website):
Therapeutic Bath Crystals £10.99
Burt's Bees Basics £4.19
Hand Salve £9.99
Super Glossy Lip Shine £6.99
Beeswax Lip Balm £3.69
Sun Protecting SPF 8 Lip Balm £3.69
Skin Smoothing Hand cream £14.99
I also got the following which are sample/travel sizes and not for sale in these sizes, so not sure of their price:
Exfoliating body-wash (88.7ml) .
Lemon butter cuticle cream (8.5g)
Radiance eye-cream (4g)
Daily moisturising cream (2.8g)
The total for the full sized products is : £54.53, so I figured they added a fiver worth of samples to bring the retail value to £60.0 -

I got this too, (minus the 'basics' I think, whatever that is). However my radiance wash leaked all over everything
Edit: I see what the basics is, it's the pack with a lip salve and a cuticle cream in!No more unnecessary toiletries Feb 2014 INS: 24 UU: 13. Mar 2014. INS: lost count, naughty step for me! UU: 80 -

What did you put as the reason. After seeing what the last few people have got I am going to send mine back too.0 -
I just put down I thought it was poor value, nowhere near £60 worth as advertised. I had to pay postage which was about £3 I think.travelover0

How do you send the bits back? I thought it was no refunds. I too was dissapointed the selection wasn't as good value as last year.0

even more gutted when I saw what Burts Bees US grab bags contained: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10151222822352939&set=o.51334529153&type=1&theater
Seems much better value and I saw some comments of people saying they received 12 full sized products! Apparently they were only $15 as well!
Gonna try to get my hands on one of those next time I go to the US

From what I gather the eye cream was very expensive so probably skewed the bag.0
