I have had a reply to my email. It was a nice reply and they said they were sorry to hear that some people where unhappy with what they recieved. They said my item has been despatched and they are sure I will be happy with it and to email to say it has arrived and what I think of the contents. Will wait and see what I get when it arrives.
Had a look on facebook earlier and the posts that people had put seem to have been deleted.
I think because of how generous they where last year people expected the same this year me included. Maybe if they decide to do them again they might learn from how some people where disapointed.
  • I ordered on the 30th and not a cheap so I am going to cancel too.
I have sent 2 emails but no reply to either

The posts are on fb still you need to pick the posts by others section to see them, its a stupid method by fb and makes people think posts have been removed when they haven't I see that a lot on the fb pages I use. I never had them before so I can't compair they look pretty but I'm not sure that a real value of £60 unless the stuff is mega expensive

I also ordered on the 30th. Not too worried about the late arrival just wish I had been able to cancel the order after seeing what people have recieved. I have loads of body lotion and dont use hand cream was hoping for shampoo.
  • I am really glad a found this thread! I only found out this week that Burts bees did grab bags and was gutted to have missed them. I love their products and liked the idea of trying out new things from the range for less than rrp. A quick google search and the pics I was seeing of peoples grab bags (last year) looked amazing, really amazing, I was seriously jealous.

After seeing this though not so much. I'm not so familiar with FB so if anyone could post a link to the comments there I would appreciate it, I just want to see what the response from BB is like.

I still might be tempted if they come back, not really sure, I would love a bargain but sounds like both the item and the customer service is lacking this time.
  • I've had a very positive response from the lady on the fb page, she saved the day in my view. I've keep most of the stuff for my daughters birthday but took out the shorter dated lip balm ( I don't think its unreasonable to have one product with a short date that happens with the Thornton's chocolates ) my daughters were both very p,eased with them abd the eldest commented it was the nicest one shed ever used. It certainly smells amazing not all chemical like others do.
You need to go to thier fb page there's a link on thier website and select posts by others. As far as I've seen no postes were removed.
I think if I'd not tired the products and not a reponce from that lady on the fb page I wouldn't have bothered, however once the kids open all the products I might buy other products if they are as good as the lip balm.

Can't find all the comments on facebook . Where is the posts by other section? How do you get to it please?

  • I use full sites I might not work on an app, you press highlights ( sort of in the middle section nearer the top of the page ) that then drops down a menu ( really stupid change by fb a while ago that makes things difficult )
If anyone else can describe it better please do
