Think I will email them for a refund as mine not been dispatched either. The items seem to be poor to what people recieved last year

Oops I meant they haven't replied, I phoned them and they still haven't confirmed cancellation, really not good. Trading standards tomorrow as I can't be loosing £40

I've heard nothing either except this 'pending remote fulfilment'. They have definitely taken my money (and I ordered lip balms too so I didn't need to pay postage) I think I will have to try emailing them tomorrow too

I received my bags yesterday and I got exactly the same as what you got. I was so disappointed. It seems they have just made these packs up all the same. I missed out on the previous grab bags last year and they sounded great.

The hand salve and lip balms are great products though.

I have spoken to a member of staff who was very apologetic about the orders not coming out as fast as normal, they have been extremely busy and from what she said all the orders pending will be sent soon. As I've never used them before I don't know how good the product are and the relative value for money the bag is.

I have emailed and asked for a refund if it has not been dispatched. I have also mentioned that some people are not happy with the contents and that I dont really want items with a best before date of march 2013. If I dont get a refund will just put it down to experience

I think you'll find its been dispatched mine said it wasn't but it had been.
I'm sure if its not been dispatched they would refund you, I think they know realise people are a bit concerted. Very nice lady is responding on fb page. Don't give up hope

To be honest I really hope it has not been dispatched. The items that people have got dont really appeal to me. Never used the company before but it does not look like 60 pounds worth of items from the lists being posted. As I say I will put it down to experience.

I don't think I will be bothering again. When this offer was on last time I saw pictures of peoples grab bags and there were a number of full size body lotions and body washes. I was very envious! Oh well.

I have just sent them an email to say I was disappointed with the lack of variety and questioning the vaule. I doubt I will hear anything back but I will let you all know if I do
