I found some comments in spreading the buzz is that it? Do you get any reply from them from this? I am still waiting for a promised reply from a telephone call yesterday.
I use full sites I might not work on an app, you press highlights ( sort of in the middle section nearer the top of the page ) that then drops down a menu ( really stupid change by fb a while ago that makes things difficult )
If anyone else can describe it better please do
  • No it's actually on the Facebook page of burts bees there's a wee Facebook icon on the burts bees website I clicked on that and it took me there, but I was signed into my Facebook account.
Sorry I am not very technical so struggling to work out what to tell you :/
  • They finally replied to my emails and said my goods were despatched on Monday

  • Just received mine. What a waste of money, 10 tiny little samples.
No way is this worth £20 never mind £60 !! Has any one ever returned their products?

My response (after my fb complaint) was speedy and polite. They said my goods HAD been dispatched, but still no sign if anything. I'm giving it till tomorrow (like I had said I would) then I will email the lady again if nothing turns up

She had said to let me know how I felt the stuff was once I recieved it I'm not sure whether they would do anything by that point though

I was emailed the same thing. I am not sure what to do.
I have been on the site and the items seem to be a lot more expensive than I presumed.
The eye cream that I recieved is priced at £22.49 for the tiny pot. The only thing I will use is the lip balms all the rest will go on ebay.
  • Gosh haven't looked at the prices as they are for presents so I've not poked around too much in the bags, sounds as if the stuff is very expensive to start with. The thing is is it good quality its hard to tell from the lip balms I took out but the certainly smell very nice. What about people who've used the products before can any of you comment on the quality ?
  • I received my Burt's Bees bag today and this is what was it in (along with price of each item on B.Bees website):

    Therapeutic Bath Crystals £10.99

    Burt's Bees Basics £4.19
    Hand Salve £9.99
    Super Glossy Lip Shine £6.99
    Beeswax Lip Balm £3.69
Sun Protecting SPF 8 Lip Balm £3.69
    Skin Smoothing Hand cream £14.99

I also got the following which are sample/travel sizes and not for sale in these sizes, so not sure of their price:
    Exfoliating body-wash (88.7ml) .
    Lemon butter cuticle cream (8.5g)
    Radiance eye-cream (4g)
    Daily moisturising cream (2.8g)

The total for the full sized products is : £54.53, so I figured they added a fiver worth of samples to bring the retail value to £60.
