Just received mine today with everything in good condition. To give people an idea of what's in them in case they become available I received a full sized night cream, hand salve and body wash, a small bottle of shampoo and a small bottle of conditioner, small tin of lemon butter cuticle cream, a deep pore scrub, a sample of moisturising cream, and one each of sun protecting lip balm, lifeguards choice weatherproofing lips balm and a beeswax lip balm all contained in a nice hessian bag and tied with ribbon. As postage was about £4 I ordered a few smaller items instead and got free delivery. Hth.
  • I ordered it accepted but the two bags are showing as pending :( I did ring them and they said they'd ring back and let me know but haven't heard anything yet. Not sure if I'm disappointed or if my bank account would be happy to have £40 back, will need to keep an eye out on my account though if they don't send them.

I ordered on Wednesday morning but had no email to confirm order so not sure if I got one or not.
  • mine says pending remote fulfilment whatever that means

That's what mine says too, they didn't think I'd now get them as seemingly they sold out but the web page didn't update that. Seems to be a common problem with retailers with what looks like a great offer. Its pending on my credit card as well so I guess its wait and see. Everyone seems to really rate the goods so would be nice to have them :o

Sounds like I got exactly the same contents. Although the body wash wasn't full sized, it was somewhere between full sized and travel sized. I like my producst, but I was a bit diappointed to have only two proper full sized and a few smaller items, one of which was just a little sample really. I haven't worked out the original values, but it didn't seem like everythign was worth £60, as they claimed.

I thought last year's bags were better in terms of quantities, but at least I didn't get any duplicate products this time (I still haven't used up all the Radiance shower wash from last time :D)

Hi the body wash wasn t massive but a lot more than a sample. I ve never bought any before. I thought it was ok for the £20 lol but was a bit surprised when I saw the size of the delivery box.
  • I phoned them again and they emailed back this
This means that the items are waiting to packaged and posted out to you.

    Hope this helps
So looks like it will be coming :) I'm quite looking forward to seeing what arrives
