    Thanks OP.

I bought these last year and was really impressed both with the contents of the bags and also the Company's Customer Services.

I bought two bags, one for me and one for my nieces birthday. Unfortunately when they arrived, one of the paper bags had been ripped by a the edge of a tube of body lotion and the other paper bag and packaging was soggy as a wee bottle of shower gel's lid had popped open. All of the contents were usable but the packaging wasn't suitable for giving to someone as a gift.

I e-mailed them explaining what had happened and asking if it was possible to get another paper bag for my niece's gift and that I was willing to pay for the postage. They replied saying they would look into it but it shouldn't be a problem.

I was shocked when not only did they send a replacement paper bag but also another bag full of products to replace the contents of the original grab bag that had been "damaged" - all of the items were totally different from what had been in my grab bags so my niece thought I was being very generous.

I would totally recommend Burts Bees - not only for the products but for the after sales care too.

I'll certainly be buying more :j
  • Just got all the way through checkout only to be told the grab bag is out of stock and had been removed from my basket!! :(

Me too! It is still showing on the site and you are still able to add it to your basket. Seems a bit wrong to tell you after you put in your card details that it is out of stock.

I wonder if these will come back into stock. I should not have messed about trying to talk myself out of it.
  • I have just ordered and had an email confirmation, so maybe more in stock?!

    Good luck.

I had a body wash leak all over everything - huge mess to clean up when I opened the package. I phoned customer services and they said they would send replacement for the leaked one but they never did.
