I just got cut off, after ages in a queue I heard a call centre atmosphere then click :mad:0

They called me back just now and were going to transfer me to the text trigger tarriff but apparently can't for 30 days  So they messed up and I'm having to pay for it.
I feel more like just ditching orange, their customer service people are like parrots, "I'm just passing on the message" yeah sure.0 -

They should bring out the parrot tarriff !! they have the dolphon and racoon !! If they fail to stick to this then I unlock phones and will be able to unlock yours, although it cant be done for free I will do it for free as I have a bad relationship with orange. I have unlocking contacts all over the U.K so will be able to find one near you.0 -
Wow hasn't this thread been busy
I've gone onto the bonus text plan though I didn't realise that it was different to the text trigger. Why must it be so ambigious... I can change in 30 days apparently but they said somehting about me topping by £10 to do somethingto my magic numbers, but I forget exactly what she said0 -
Surely if THEY put you on the wrong tariff you should not have to wait 30 days to change!!! had this confirmation email from them that minimum calls are 15p and not 10p.
Dear Richard
Thank you for your mail regarding the Speak Easy tariff.
I am sorry to learn that you have come across conflicting information on the website and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Please be aware that unfortunately I was unable to open the first link you gave in your email and could not find where it stated 10 minimum call charge on the second link.
I can advise you that the minimum call charge for the Speak Easy tariff is 15p per call.0 -
