Thats rubbish, that orange to orange texts only, ring them back and tell them you want to be on FREE TEXT TRIGGER OFFER, unless you want magic numbers of course, you cant have those with the free text trigger tariff.. Confusing eh?

Yeah I'm going to phone them now, I'd love to switch to Tesco value but my phone (Sagem myX-7) can't apparently be unlocked for free so may as well keep it
