Free evening internet browsing with "Orange PAYG Speak Easy"

I've spotted this on the Orange website:
http://shop.orange.co.uk/shop/payasyougo
(click speak easy details)
http://www1.orange.co.uk/service_plans/payasyougo/speakeasy_costs.html
(costs on the plan)
It looks like a good deal, certainly a rival to tesco's value tarriff. 15p a minute to any network and free evening mobile internet. I'm currently on "choose your own off peak".
I'm very tempted by this, what do you think?

I am very tempted as well, do you have to phone CS to change tariffs. I do not know what tariffs I am currently on but I do get 5 free txts a day. I am bit concerned they get cancelled why I change tariffs. Hope somebody can advise us. Thanks0

I just phoned up and they're gonna switch me over and you get free evening web browsing too apparently though she didn't seem to sure about that :think:0

OK update the internet browsing is only for a month if you top up with £10 the month before  they don't make that very clear on the website0

You will lose your 5 free texts a day if you change your tariff as I have checked in the past and don't want to lose my 5 free texts
Also with any of the "offers" with Orange do check that it is a complete month ie 30 days and not limited by your download or whatever they call it!0 -
Thanks, I guess, will have to leave it as do not want to lose the free txts.0

How do people get 5 free texts per day??
Is it an extra? Is he having a laugh? soorry!0 -
It was a deal from years ago called Orange Out There where for £15 you got five free texts a day for life. They then changed it to 5 free texts for a year and tried to change those people who had bought the "for life" version but had to re-instate it after a huge outcry0

Does anyone else think the 15p minimum call charge is a bit steep?
For people using their PAYG mobile mostly for talking, wouldn't T-Mobile's Everyone tariff or Tesco Mobile's Value tariff be better value? Tesco's only have a 5p min call charge and T-Mobile have a 10p min call charge.0 -
T mobile's minimum call charge is going up to 10p as from the 1st June.0

Think thats bad ... went over my inclusive allowance on contract last month, and was charged 40p per min !!!Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0
