Had a horrendous day - 20 min dentist appt turned into 45mins with his hand in my mouth and about 8-10 sets of impressions! I was quite shaky by the end - he muttered about a technical glitch and I didn't ask for details, but I'm back in 2 weeks so I will ask then......
The anaesthetic took until tea time to wear off (9.50 appt!!!!) so I went to work looking like a stroke victim!
Then on to book group, then home for a nap (much needed) and cook tea. Then staright out to S/W where I stayed the same.:mad::mad:
So flying will recommence tomorrow.
Hugs to all that need them - and positive plumbing vibes all round!
Off for a bath and an early night...:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -

Hi all
Just wanted to drop by and say thank you to everyone who remembered MoneySavingDiva today. Your thoughts and kind wishes are really appreciated. Great to see lots of candles lit too.
Special thanks to LL who does a very good job of keeping me sane!
Best wishes to everyone. Diva would love the fact that you kept her purple avatar too.

Thank you everyone for the jaundice banishing vibes for Holly....busy day, midwife came and checked her over - she feels that she is about the same shade of yellow as when she saw her at the weekend. Midwife weighed her, Holly has put on 70g just over 2oz of the lost birth weight since Saturday, which although is not as much as they would have liked shows that she is getting sufficient good quality milk from me to push the jaundice through. However the "tongue tie" issue means that she will continue to struggle with the balance to feed herself without wearing herself out.
Midwife was excellent true to her word, she has pushed the referral through the health visitor system to get the operation organised for Holly. I told her I was prepared to travel in order to get operation done more quickly. I was asked if I would consider going to another hospital 50 miles away, and I said I would if it would cut the waiting time down while the EX is being co-operative. Blow me down, just before 5 the HV rang back and said we can have op done tomorrow afternoon, but I needed to get Holly registered at the Dr's so they can fax through the referral so it can be rubber stamped at the Hospital - It worked like a dream, got Holly registered, saw GP, letter produced there and then ready for faxing, all by 6 o'clock:D:D:D
DS is staying a few extra hours at childminder tomorrow, but it will be worth it not to have him bouncing off the walls at the hospital, as I am stressed out enough over it.
But I did manage some flying today, although the toaster crumbs in the cutlery drawer will have to wait

Good morning all
All the best to you and Holly for today's surgery, Skint - hope she soon finds feeding easier. You have done so well to get her taking as much as she is. It's so frustrating when they keep falling asleep on you and you know they haven't really had enough. I hope you are getting enough sleep too - you don't want that high quality milk supply drying up! :money:
Things are much calmer here today, and I had a better night's sleep, so the day is looking promising already. I've just caught up with the thread and sorted and updated my lists for today, adding a couple more bits that I thought of just after I closed my computer down last night (isn't it always the way?) The plumber is coming any time after 7.45 and the OJM said he would call in today or tomorrow, so I'd best be ready for them! The DR (RofD) is gradually beginning to look less like a tip as the eB@y piles diminish, though there's still plenty more waiting to be listed. I shall be rehoming a table in the next couple of days, and DH is happy because he's got a bid on his most expensive item:D
I need to organise patio and path cleaning for next week... after that the bird food will have to go on the bird table and lawn rather than the slabs! The woodpecker came down for a long feed on the fat block yesterday
Hope everyone has a productive day. GWS vibes to mummyyof5 and CY - hope you'll be OK by Sunday- and special coping vibes to the Dragon and LW.
(((Hugs))), spoons, sticks and :coffee: for everyone else as required: please help yourselves0
