Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Photogenic I've been Money Tipped!
End of lunchtime update: Dailies done (except washing up which I'm going to go and do now), most of the ironing done, I just need to find a couple of hangers (purging tops DD hasn't worn in nearly a year and has still claimed she's had nothing to wear at the same time;)), waiting on the TD to finish then I'll finish the ironing, and I think it'll have to be paid stuff until DD comes in around 4pm-ish. I want to stop doing paperwork etc of an evening and do as much as I can while she's at school so we can spend more time together doing fun stuff. I'm hoping during February to teach her to cook some basic meals, not that she knows that yet ;) Well she is doing cookery in school so lets reinforce that at home :D

Not sure what to have for tea tonight. I have frozen burgers there I want using up so might look and see if there is something I can do with them in the slow cooker and use them as cuts of meat instead.

Well the dishes won't wash themselves unfortunately. So I best go get them washed

    GnB (((HUGS))) mate.

Jaundice-begone vibes for Holly SkintBaby; and Skinty, take it steady – I don't want to read of you coming to grief with your stitches because you've overdone it, OK?;)

Dragon *waves * how you doing today, mate?:o

Helen sorry, I had to laugh at your dog-bathing antics.:D The one thing I'd tell anyone even considering bathing a dog is to strip down to your underwear, or if you have one, wear a swimming costume!:rotfl:

MrsMP I hope your boiler's fixed by now – been there, done that; you may remember our boiler died a few days before Xmas, and 2 days later the immersion followed suit, so all over Xmas we were boiling up kettles, and if we wanted a bath, we filled the two jam cauldrons with water and boiled those up!:D

    Hoppy Birdday Miss Valli:bdaycake:

Peaceful rest vibes for Diva; always missed.

Flying-wise, I've given the hall and lounge a reasonable going over; I did an extra turn with the Dys0n yesterday; I probably should do it every day while I have a moulting Labrador staying, but my left shoulder is complaining about having been made to do ironing yesterday, so I think I'll skip it today.

Oh, and the BM is on as I type.;)

The greenhouse is, as I suspected, officially dead;:( we shall dismantle it this weekend, weather permitting. And we've had a discussion, and I have reluctantly agreed that I can really no longer garden.:( Mr LW loathes gardening, so our outdoor efforts will now be confined to just keeping it reasonably presentable, ie not letting the weeds take completely over.

Megan has just come up to me and stuck her nose on the keyboard; I suspect this may be a not-very-subtle hint that she'd like to go for walkies, so I think that's next.:D
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

I hope you get the test results soon and are not kept hanging in limbo too long x
Just had hubby up:eek: He wanted to know if we could give it another go:eek::eek:

He still loves me and I do love him but not sure I want to be with him. So stressed:(

Awww, I hope you manage to sort it out between you, whatever the outcome may be, big decisions to be made xxx

    Afternoon All

Hope you are all well. Last night my 15 minutes in RofD (playroom) turned out to be a tad more, but it is now all spick & span & DH is going to put a couple of shelves up in there that have been lying gathering dust but will free up space on top of storage units and look tidier. Got both the bathroom & ensuite done as well, will double up with ironing through the week. Glad its Kitchen as its needing it, I don’t have a dining room but dining table/area is in the living room so will do that.

Special thoughts to our lovely Diva today, I have never changed my Avatar, thinking of Ian & LL today as they remember their special lady x

Vallikid – Happy Birthday, hope you have a lovely day. :bdaycake:
Skint – Hope Holly's jaundice settles down soon for you x
