  • Morning all,

I read through the thread last night and I'm sorry to see that some are having such tough and stressful times; good luck, best wishes and positive vibes to all in need.

Had a late start this morning so need to get on with the dailies then tackle items on the list as well as mop floors from Monday and Tuesday as I didn't manage yesterday; baked a cake instead :).

I have some frogs in the form of phone calls to make so will tackle them this morning too.

Finished my coffee now so will make a start and be back later.

    Cake x

  • Well, it's been an odd & kinda stressful few days but reading about everyone else's worries make me feel I'm not alone or doing so bad either!:o

Sending healing thoughts for you Skinty & especially for Holly regarding her op!

I've finally swallowed my frog... the oven is in the process of being cleaned!!!! Seems so stupid that I spend my time cleaning up after everyone else, yet I drag my feet when it comes to my own... I have been feeling a little overwhelmed by it all lately but I shall pull my broom outta my butt & get flying.. that'll help :rotfl:

Thank you so much everyone, you have no idea how much you help with the motivation to keep going with it all on top of coping with life's ups n downs! x:happyhear

I am sad to say that flying has really taken a back seat the last 24 hours and the house is looking very sorry for itself. I have mountains of washing that I have collected from every room in the house. At least the utility room is ok as it was my ROD on Monday. Why do the teenage boys undress in the LR???? I love finding dirty socks stuffed down the side of the sofa. Plan is to get downstairs presentable before I head to town to collect my nephew's birthday present.

DS2 is in the dog house. DH bought his new blazer, trousers, shirts etc on Monday. Last night they were all thrown on the LR floor in a screwed up heap.

    Best wishes for Skintbaby.

Hello to Ian and thanks for popping in.

Mummyof5 I hope you got your hand looked at and that it is less painfull now.
