Hi everyone,
I'm trying to send an email from a non yahoo email address to a yahoo email address but keep getting this error message,
delivery error: dd This user doesn't have a yahoo.com account
I know the email address is valid, any ideas on what to do? All I can find on google are older pages from around 2008/9 saying it's a yahoo problem, but no ideas on how to fix it. Any advice gratefully received.

almost certainly the address is wrong.
Make sure there are no spaces or anything.
I've also seen people include apostrophes around the email address when copying and pasting.0 -

Hi, no email address is all correct, no spaces or apostrophes or anything (double checked). I'm not copy pasting, the address is stored in my contacts. I'm really at a loss as to what to do. As I said before all I can find on google are older web pages saying it's a problem with yahoo. Only suggestions I can find say try sending from a yahoo account but I was hoping I wouldn't have to resort to that. Would it be worth contacting yahoo do you think?I SUPPORT CAT RESCUE! Try sending an email to another yahoo account. Maybe the problem is this person in particular no longer has a yahoo email address.
If you don't know any others you can try emailing mine. Just PM me and I'll give you my yahoo email addressHi. I'm a Board Guide on the Gaming, Consumer Rights, Ebay and Praise/Vent boards. . I did have another yahoo address I could mail, unfortunately the same error popped up. It seems to be an error between hotmail and yahoo. I might have to try another email account. I SUPPORT CAT RESCUE! Visit Cat Chat to support cat rescue too.

I highly doubt there is an error between Hotmail and Yahoo. Can you get the person with the Yahoo account to send an email to you first and then reply to it?Hi. Unfortunately not, they don't have my email as I was supposed to contact them. When I looked into it via google I got a lot of pages a few years old stating the same problem, I tried a few solutions suggested and now I'm not getting the error message anymore of the bounced back email, and it appears to be sending it (email appearing in my outbox) but I don't know for sure if it's been received yet.
