Ebay seller dispute

Hello,

I recently bought a leather jacket from a seller on Ebay. I paid cash on collection and only realised it wasn't leather when I got back home and after second opinions from other people. I raised a dispute with Ebay but they sided with the seller as I paid cash.

The seller refuses to refund pleading that the jacket was a present and he didn't know it wasn't leather even though it was described as leather in the sale.

I want to take the seller to the small claims but I have couple of problems. The name of the seller's real name provided by ebay is not the name I have been corresponding with in emails - it may be a joint account. The registered address provided by ebay is not complete and does not tie up with address I picked the jacket up from and I think he has just moved as well!

I am pretty sure the guy is still using ebay. Is there any way I can get Ebay to disclose delivery addresses used by the seller-they are not cooperating at the moment?

Thanks
