I agree, The Sun have handled this terribly. The page to enter the passwords shouldn't have been made live until this morning, maybe at around 5/6am - they should have realised that some people would try and guess the passwords! Or failing that, they could have set up something very simple to ensure the codes weren't released before a certain time. Also, the codes should have been sent to email addresses only, it shouldn't have been so easy to access multiple codes. What a major c0ck-up!

It's working again! I trust tried it with my joint e-mail address with hubby and generated new code and it actually worked. HURRAY!

Thank you for informing us! I am being really dense here, obviously as I copied my unique number but when I clicked to on the page they said, there was nowhere to enter it, just to buy a ticket (good prices, I admit)

Roma have you tried going into 'account' on redspotted hanky after setting it up, then go to 'evoucher' and enter in from there. you should see 5 boxes in a line to enter each part of the code.

You have to create an account at RSH - it's under Loyalty/Account.

Once you're created and logged in, go back to Loyalty/Account and then evoucher details in the menu on the left.
