If you have not yet spent your Sun voucher I would check your account to see if it is still valid. People are reporting on Facebook that their vouchers have been zeroed.

my voucher is no longer there it has been zeroed was about to book tickets to go away in march, hope its just a issue and will be fixed :S

Mine have all gone too....I have just written a blog post about how the sun and red spotted hanky messed up this offer and I ended up with £400+ haha

That's probably why they cancelled many other people's with accounts with only 2 on them being cancelled.

I have seen many posts where people were putting codes in and they were getting rejected. Although a few days later the system was adding them. So, it meant some people ending up with hundreds of pounds worth because of a system error.

RSH only wanted people to add one code per account but this does not feature anywhere in the terms. Although the terms did say one per person. So, this meant that people did applied for people in their house and added them to one account that makes sense because if they had 5 accounts for a family of 5 this could mean that if they are making reservations on the train they could be sitting in several carridges. This promotion was doomed from the start really. They should go back to where you just add the word to the account section and they add it on at a later date.
