People having problems, I did on Chrome so tried firefox and it worked.
I entered the voucher in the voucher code box at checkout when buying a ticket and the £9.50 discount worked

In past promotions after entering the code it took about 48 hours for the credit to appear in your account. But it did appear.

Not that I have a credit having waited till the official day...

Someone should really complain to the advertising standards agency. Inducing people to buy the paper for something they had no chance of getting is really not fair.

I took screen shots of the page with my code and my red spotted hanky account page showing the code had not been used, is there a contact e-mail address anyone has found? Not sure who is really to blame though, Sun or Red Spotted Hanky? Just so annoying that I got a code but it's saying it's been used when I haven't used it!

Well my code also said that it had already been claimed. If you forward the original email with your code to [EMAIL="redspottedhanky@atos.net"]redspottedhanky@atos.net[/EMAIL] (the contact email on the site), surely they can see that you havent claimed your code as it would've appeared in your account history! Worth a go as if they wanted to they could then track down the person who has actually claimed your code!!
