Just one query now that redspotted no longer post the tickets if you use a credit only and no credit card how do you pick up the tickets as the auto machine at the station asks for a credit card??
just put any random card in, then it will ask for your reference number. I've done it twice52% tight0 -

The first time I did this, I didn't realise this and went ahead and booked it with the free credit. When I went to the station, it didn't register it so I had to go and pick the tickets up from customer service.
They initially refused stating that it has to have an attached credit card or they can't release it. I had to explain I got it using loyalty points and effectively didn't pay anything as it came off free from my account. I showed them the email on my phone. They then took the reference number and saw no credit card was attached and made me give them a credit card which they then attached to my account for future use. They also printed it for me.
I think I was lucky that day with the guy who served me as there was someone at a different booth and they were having problems picking up tickets. If you can see how to attach a credit card, I'd definitely add it on. I purchased online and used the loyalty points so there was nothing there to pay for and didn't even ask for my cc details!0 -

Did not have time to post earlier but I got this message but it does seem to have credited to my account. I did not realise that todays code was actually "book" and not "break" as posted on the codes thread, do you think that may have been the reason. I did not try yesterday as I did not think it went live until today.0 -

i keep getting this message on a code i received yesterday,i have emailed them to ask why this is happening but anyone any tips to get it to work.tia0 -
Mine said that yesterday. Today it says this:
An invalid code has been entered. Please check the code and if problem continue contact customer support52% tight0 -
If you have a code that does not work (if you read a few messages up) some people are getting them to work if they try a different browser or just keep trying. The reality is that due to people getting multiple codes it seems that the system The Sun used gave out the same codes to different people. That's nothing really RSH can do to sort out, as it's not really their fault. They just gave a load of codes to The Sun. So basically some people who got codes will never be able to get them to work.0

Just to let you know if you received a code that is saying that it has already been used send an e-mail to redspottedhanky explaining that you received a code that is not working. I have successfully had the voucher added today. E-mail address to write to is redspottedhanky@atos.net best to forward your original code e-mail to them.
Hope this works for you.0 -

Just found this on their website and remeber no w that I was able to do this last year on tickets I had paid for entirely with credit. Put any card in machine, then put in my order no. hth
If you have paid for your tickets entirely using e-vouchers you can collect your tickets from the self service ticket machine at the train station using any debit/credit card together with your order confirmation number for your tickets.now has her .com delivery but doesnt know where to put it0 -
