Everyone Welcome!
Please highlight your AFDs in Red
Don't hesitate to let me know if I've got your AFDs wrong!!!!!What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Can't believe we are nearly at the end of February. I joined this thread around 11th Feb I think and am on track to have 14 AFDs this month which is amazing! I hadnt had an AFD for months and months prior to that. So THANK YOU everyone, especially Shaggy and Mackeroo for the tracking you've done for us.
Woke up feeling fab this morning and i've noticed my face is not so puffy as it used to be on Monday mornings.... Other ways in which I think not drinking (or only drinking occasionally) will help in MSE ways are :
- less money spent on cabs home (can drive home!)
- less money spent on hotels etc if going to wedding reception (have a couple of those coming up - would normally have booked in for overnight stay and drank loads but have decided not to do that now!)
- less money spent on concealer to cover up dark circles under eyes!
- less money spent on online shopping in the evenings!
- less money spent on snacks/nibbles when drinking later in the evening.....
Result!!! Have lost a pound in weight in the last two weeks and gained I dont know how many pounds in money!!Sick and tired of waking up sick and tired...

Hi everyone
I spent last night catching up on the thread - how many pages!!!
I have lost count of AF's but it's not been good, so will claim 8 please Shaggy, just to be on the safe side - shocking as nowhere near target
I'm not too disappointed as one night I just had the one drink, a right waste of a possible AF day, but hey ho
I have been a busy bee - week off work, so visited my granddad, cleaned his house, and then my sister and her partner had twins, so visited them - back to work today for a rest
Well done all on your AF days - was lovely reading it last night, it even made me go and have a hot squash instead of another beer

Mrs Dee what a lovely encouraging post, you are a lovely person.
I have just tasted Baileys truffles for the first time, OMG they are so lush lol. And only 506cals/100gms! and 28.9gms fat/100gms!! Whatever. I laugh in the face of chocolate, I know exactly what it does to my figure and I know what I'm doing when under the influence of chocolate.
All this for the MSE price of, wait for it 99P for 12 truffles weighing 165gms.
I recommend them for anyone wanting to put on weight quickly.

I am drinking weightwatchers sicilian lemon and elderflower cordial which i paid 29p for in home biggins lol. It is rather nice and I hope I can last out as the bells are ringing as there is an open bottle of wine and I just told my OH that I may drink it tonight. Hope I can straighten my head on as it is on auto-programme and I need to break the signal.
