Could so easily have reached for the wine this evening as had the sad news that one of my closest colleagues and supporters at work is leaving! I shall really miss them and though I am thrilled for them, I am sad for me!
OH is away overnight and he bought some wine before leaving, so it is sitting there on the side but I am through the worst now (the preparing and eating dinner bit is always worst temptation for me).
I am looking forward to when we go out on Thursday though, so am def not going to drink between now and then.
So that's 12 out of my original planned 10 AFDs please Shaggy and 1 out of 3 for the SNC.
have a good evening everyone!Sick and tired of waking up sick and tired...

Hi Everyone:wave:
10 AF please Shaggy. Finally into double figures *punches air in delight*
Had a great day off work today, very productive in terms of having a clear out of old clothes, mags, books etc. Also had some acupuncture 1st thing for my back problem. This is the first day in weeks that ive had to myself, and made the most of it. Also managed to make some butternut squash soup and indulge in my fav hobby of baking, a lovely aroma throughout mackeroo towers. It’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts0 -
Mackeroo, could you add me to the SNC please, full monty as usual. Thanks.0

Nipping in with 9AF please Shaggy

SNC for me too please, mackeroo (1 SNC).
Made it to the gym tonight after being rather lazy for the last week. Feeling much better for it already. Hoping to keep it up until Friday, when I'll have my next weigh in. So far 23/27 AFD
Got to say, I feel I've been so much more productive at work recently as a direct result of not drinking and having more energy. The only problem is I end up getting way too involved in work and working longer hours, expecting more of myself and expecting more of others. Completely changing the way I work in general. Has anyone else found this? It's almost like giving up one 'addiction' for another.0 -

Hi everyone! Managed to drown out those bells, just call me Quasi Modo (spelling tut lol). Can't sleep as OH snoring so I'm on the sofa watching Only Fools and Horses (trifffic). So the scores on the doors are:
24 AF days and 1/5 SNC. Roll on Friday lol.
Tesco Credit Card £250 £25 DD 0% for next 10 months.
Barclaycard Initial £241.45 0% for next 7 mths.Your parents choose your beginning....
.... you get to choose the ending.0
