2/31 AFDs. Lots of cups of tea have been my substitutes.

I've sloped off to bed early as telly is boring, and I'm trying not to snack.

Did go for my first run of the year this morning... not far and not fast, but this was the first one after 3 weeks of a virus.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

I greatly admire anybody who is trying for 31 days!

I've remained AF so far though feeling awfully tempted, must not give in.

I'm tucked up in bed now as I'm feeling really tired this evening, so that's 2/31 for me.
Best wishes to all who are struggling - hang on in there x

Can i join in please? I am doing the Dryathlon for CRUK - it suddenly dawned on me that I can't remember when I last had an alcohol free day! and it started me panicking a bit if I'm honest! No idea if I will have any form of withdrawal symptoms!!! On day 2 of 31 today - very tired but appart from that I'm fine!

Made it last night, horrible night though. No sweating or nightmares but virtually no sleep. I know that'll get better in time though. By god this is going to be so hard.
