Yeah, it's a normal withdrawal symptom, that and dreams that Stephen Speilburg would be proud of!!

Calling in early AFD no 1 thanks Shaggy :D

Haven't we all done well today ;)

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Me too! Awesome little characters sneaking into my nightmares :D

I have been doing some reading up after these sweats and yes, seems it is very normal and how long they last varies tremendously which is a pain. It seems they can be reduced by taking certain measures.

Last night was better than other nights. I had a glass of coconut water by the bed and drank some before I went to bed and when I woke up (about 3 times). I also had chocolate before I went to bed (I rarely eat choc) to boost up my sugar levels as I would be used to high sugar levels after drinking... I have no idea if these things made a difference or not but last night was much more comfortable than previous AF nights.

I will take the coconut water[STRIKE] but not the chocolate tonight[/STRIKE]. Ooops. :o

1/31 AFDs to set the month on fire. Is anyone else incredibly bored with Sherlock?
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

I'll tell you tomorrow lol. I start tonight, got up early this morning and my minds racing. Dreading tonight now, I know I'll hardly sleep and the nightmares will be awful.

But I have to face it sometime if I want my self respect back.

    Debt-free and Proud!
Really hoping for an AF day today, I've been drinking far too much lately which only seems to make me feel much worse in myself the majority of time.

Hello everyone and Happy New Year to you all :T

This is my first visit back to the forum since before Christmas and I'm afraid I can only report 2 AFD's for the rest of December :o so that takes my total to 12/10 please Shaggy.

Welcome to all the newbies that have arrived while I have been offline.

Am aiming for my first AF for January tonight - I am actually looking forward to it ;)

Have a good day all :)
