Morning :hello:
I didn't start drinking until quarter past 11 last night but still managed to consume 2 large glasses of wine and some Tia Maria....Oh, and I had an AFD on the 30th...
Anyways, back on the wagon tonight. Looking forward to that but I'm back to work tomorrow - feeling sad about that. At least it's only a 2 day week!

I'm actually looking forward to this challenge; I've indulged in the Wine over the holiday period - not to hangover proportions, but still I feel like my body's ready for a break from it.
Hopefully it'll save me a few pounds, and help me lose a few too, if you see what I mean:D0 -

Next thanks to Shaggy for the work put into keeping us all up up speed, it's so motivational and helpful. When I saw the smiley for 31 days in January it made me want to go for the driathlon, but not sure yet!
