Morning,
Had a single glass of wine with dinner last night, so no AF but very moderate.
My target for January will be 28 days, please Shaggy. (that's a dryathalon minus the first three days in January when I am still on holiday and I will have a glass of wine with dinner).
365Days, if you're reading, all the best for good results on the 27th. I'll try and post on your blog sometime.Trying to keep in budget.

I've just signed up for the Cancer Research UK Dryathlon for January.

Anyone else joining in?
I tend to cut back in January anyway, but it would be good to go one step further and raise some money for a good cause.0 -

Brilliant cause. Wouldn't it wonderful if everyone on this thread went for a sober January and raised lots of money.
Happy Christmas everyone.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
My goodness,
Just went to the dryathelon site and it's not so much the money I would save that surprised me, but the calories! 4 kgs worth of calories.
Tonight is not AF, but after a boozy start I have stopped and am drinking a lot of water so I wake up tomorrow feeling good.
Happy Christmas everyone, Santa is on his way!Trying to keep in budget.
