IMO there's a big difference between a social glass with dinner and trying to 'self medicate' with a drink after midnight. Add Horlicks to your shopping list!:rotfl:
I agree with this.I've not done well since I last posted on here but no drinking to excess either, reckon I'm probably out until new year now.

The closer it gets the more scary it's becoming.

The only advice I can give is keep yourself busy and think of things you can do to fill the void. Falling asleep rather than passing out and waking up rather than coming round is amazing!
