16/15 today. Target of 31 for January please.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

IMO there's a big difference between a social glass with dinner and trying to 'self medicate' with a drink after midnight. Add Horlicks to your shopping list!:rotfl:

I agree with this. :) I've not done well since I last posted on here but no drinking to excess either, reckon I'm probably out until new year now.

:rotfl: I'll give the Horlicks a try. ;)

I may be the same but I'm hoping for just one more for another smilie.

Like others, I may not get on much over the next few days so

Happy Christmas to one and all!!:santa2:
  • My target is one day at a time hopefully I'll manage 30 in Jan as I'm going out for what I hope will be my last drink on new years day.

The closer it gets the more scary it's becoming.

The only advice I can give is keep yourself busy and think of things you can do to fill the void. Falling asleep rather than passing out and waking up rather than coming round is amazing!

    Best wishes for 2014 xxx
