  • Hi all

Had a very unplanned weekend - lots of drinking involved unfortunately :(
I went out to the local on Fri night, I haven't been out at home for ages, so had a good old boogie
Then got persuaded to go to Newmarket on Saturday for the races!
We got a VIP pass, so free food/wine all day :)

Def an AF today, so think its 13?
I walked 10 miles this morning, thought I had better try to be good lol

Still looking like I'll be back on the dating scene again - not heard from my so called bf for over a week now, but I am refusing to get sad about it

Hope you all have had lovely weekends - cant believe I got a bit burnt today!!

Got a stag do and presentation meal for the cricket team I play for in October, so going to go for a tentative 20 AFDs for October.

Today has not been AF for me today, nor yesterday. However, I do allow myself to have a drink or two at the weekends.

Can I have a target of 21 AFDs for October, please?

ETA: That is the weekends off, Halloween off and one other day of my choosing. :)

    Hmmm, quiet on here today.

It was always going to be a heavy weekend so not beating myself up over it, def need to try for a couple of AF days now though.

If you're ever in a hurry to get to the donkey sanctuary, just tell the taxi driver "donctuary".

He'll know what you mean ;):D

    (read out loud....)

Well now theres a name I remember fondly good to "see" you again winebox and some other familiar names too  Now I am cheating here as I doubt you will know me and in fact this is my first post :D In a former MSE life I was a regular in this thread - NTC was my handle (and boy do I still need to change) anyway a new computer later and i have lost all sign ins for that name so have had to start again.

Starting again is something i need to do in lots of areas of my life and in particular my drinking. I will do a catch up tale for here later on but right now its Downton Abbey and a glass of wine :o

Just wanted to chuck my name in the game again as it really helped me last time to take control.

Looking forward to a brighter future already:)

Hello and welcome back Pricey and Baileys!

I have had a super weekend but far too much wine last night so I have been AF today.
Next weekend we have a week's holiday in Marrakesh which I imagine will not be too boozy. I'm going to try for 23 days next month please.
    Trying to keep in budget.

    Morning all,

Welcome to those that have returned over the weekend - I am fairly new on here (about two months now) so it is nice to 'meet' you.

No AF over the weekend but I am aiming for the last one to reach my target tonight - will report back tomorrow ;)

Shaggy, could I please set my target for October at 14.

Have a good day everyone :)

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Hello everybody! I haven't been here for ages and ages, due to being so busy in RL. Two daughters now back at uni!! My wine consumption has been creeping up, and I definitely need to get back on board with you. Please can I have a target of 28 AFDs for October?

Welcomeback.gif and you're on the list....
