    Hi all

Well done everyone on Jans figures, Shaggy's sticker board looks great :)

I am reporting in my 1st AF for tonight, it was my Mums 60th, so we went into the local town in our 60's gear last night - felt a tad poorly today - had a massive roast in the pub, washed down with AF pear cider.....
Took my new guy out to 'meet the family', bless him, he was so nervous, but it all went well :)

    Tracy x

    or maybe i am.

Anyway moving on, I have a January total of 22/31 and a full monty SNC last week

Another Full monty for this one please. Please can you just put me down for it everyweek unless you hear otherwise. Thank you!!!

Ooh and for Feb so far I am on 2/20.

My plan is to allow myself 2 nights a week for alcohol max, that isn't to say I need to use them, but that is my limit. Most likely a friday if I do drink as that is my child free night. But then sometimes I go out and drive so its a saturday. I aim for 6/7 nights this week. But I reckon my unit intake this week is 5, so I am happy with that. I have cut down and within safe guidelines.

    Woohoo.

Well done to all, I love reading all your updates.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
