:j Evening all, I'm back on the wagon. Thank you so much for sending it my way Shagggy.:T:T
Hopefully I'll stay aboard for a good few days as I bought last nights wine and could do without the spend.
I did leave the purse at home today so spent nothing on anything. I do feel better for not spending and not drinking so I think I'll do the same tomorrow.

That gives me 8/29 AF please Shaggy and 2/5 SNC please Gien. Slinking off to pick up my dunces cap and sit in the corner.

Off to catch up on your posts before that

Hey joanne. Damn those blasted statistics! This is real life and real people, no-one fails here. We are alive and part of a big picture, so everyday is different. You are not a failure, you made a little mistake and we all do that. Forgive yourself, start again and move forward. It is impossible to be perfect so we aim to do our best in an imperfect world. Hugs to you and never give up as that is worth much more than any figures, totals or achievements. Keeping trying is what keeps the human spirit alive.

Thank you for this 41AIKI and to everyone else for kind words and understandings

I always amaze myself how easily I manage on AF nights these days. I'm not trying to make it sound easy, it's taken me years to get to this point but it's really all about my mindset. I'm fine if I just have 'normal' nights at home. I think I must have too good a social life!:rotfl:

5AFDs and 2 for the SNC please.

Managed another AF night last night taking me to 6 AF for the month so far! Big improvement from last month and month before where I went over 6 weeks without managing a single AF night!

    Have a good day everyone!

Nothing for me to add - so not achieved my high SNC target

Felt very low yesterday, loads of things going wrong, so had a few vodkas, hot bubble bath and watched some rubbish tv

Will jump back onto being good tonight
