Shaggy I just wanted to let you know that I think you are doing amazingly and are under estimating yourself. 41 wrote such lovely words, I echo her sentiment too, except she just put it much more eloquently. Even a hint of normality at this stage is amazing.
AF wise 24/24 and 24 days for may please too.Live for the moment and plan for the future0 -
Just wanted to say I'm thinking of you too at this hard time. I'm never good with emotional stuff but you've been soooo positive for everyone here over the years (and I guess you're the same in RL) and loss is such a difficult thing.
Thoughts are with you and glad you're still posting. :A:A:A:A:A:A:A:A:ASmoke-free since Jan 2012 :j Now its just the drink, and the weight, and life in general0 -

27/30 AFDs, and had a lovely afternoon at colleagues' wedding blessing. The wine bells have been clanging both yesterday and today, with great temptation to go and buy a bottle on the way home this evening. Thankfully, I resisted. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0

Morning
Thank you all so much for all your kind wonderful kind posts.
4 units last night. I'm going to try for just 3 (or less) units tonight. Managed a walk of over 2 hours yesterday and the day before - hope to get out again later. Me and my sisters managed to have a laugh together yesterday....I think my Mum & Dad would have liked that. The funeral arrangements are going well...

EDIT : I HAVE UPDATED #1747 & #1749 WITH THE AFDs and May TargetsWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Hi all, 27 AFDs for me please
Been tidying up the new garden, picked up some new (well second-hand) leather sofas off ebay yesterday. A two and three-seater for £120 and they are hardly worn at all! Then had to take the others to the tip as they didn't sell on ebay and didn't have anywhere to store them.
Not so tiring a weekend as last weekend, but glad to chill now
I'd like to set my target for May as 31 AFDs please Shaggy. I hope you are doing ok ((hugs)).0
