Me too 3 AFD's please Shaggy.
I heard those bells too Imagnu. Just have to turn the music up a bit!
Starting to get on a bit of a roll now, though don't want to get complacent. The weekend is drawing ever closer.
Happy Wednesday everyone. xToday is a new day and I'm gonna make it a good one.0 -
17/30 AFDs for me. Need to find some enthusiasm - has anyone got any going spare, please? What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0

15 AF days and counting.
Satchmo - I am so happy to be alive, even though I feel exhausted most of the time I am here so I am able to change my life, it is not too late, hope this helps you.
Went to the docs today, he was cool, I was shocked. Had a blood test for absolutely everything I think so may find out why I'm so knackered, oh and a scan of my throat. Feeling as if I'm doing something about it now instead of putting it off.
Just ate a massive home made lasagne and a bag of peanut m and ms and a glass of milk, I am so stuffed just enough room for my calcium supplement that I take twice daily from the docs. No alcohol no no, but lots of calories instead yes yes lol.
Tesco Credit Card £250 £25 DD 0% for next 10 months.
Barclaycard Initial £241.45 0% for next 7 mths.Your parents choose your beginning....

41, thank you, and you are right, about being happy to be alive! I do feel happier than earlier, as I made myself go to the gym and had a fun aerobics workout, with complicated steps that made us laugh as we went left instead of right, etc. Even the instructor did.
I'm happy you are alive, too, 41, but sorry you are so exhausted.
I managed to go easier on the calories today :rotfl:What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0 -

Have to learn to find that stop button on the non-AF days, will be my next challenge as didn't manage that too well last weekend....1 single mum, 1 DS, 1 DD.0 -
Morning,
I managed AFD #4 last night and my third in a row
I was so tempted to have a drink last night but very pleased with myself that I resisted.
Still can't get the sleeping under control but I think that once my body gets into the new routine I'll catch up.
Have a good day everyone x0
