Not af yesterday but it was planned and I stuck to a single gin and tonic. First drink of the week and I sipped it slowly for a change.

Starting the weekend with a clear head and up bright and early. Driving tonight so should be an AF day

    Have a great weekend everybody

    Morning :hello:

I had about 2/3 units of red wine last night, so I wasn't AF.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

  • Hi everyone, loving my early nights, good sleeps and early rises, up at 8am after my lovely cwtches with my son up to mcdonalds for a latte and a choc muffin each for my kids, one of which i ended up eating. looking forward to the weekends these days, esp saturday morning, which because i have a clear head even though i have a cold makes me feel optimistic and energised for the whole weekend.
lilith thankyou so much for your info i found it very helpful and inspiring to hear that there is a reason for the cravings, and dont worry about the interview we all struggle on some questions.
So its 15 AF days and I am enjoying sobriety today dont know or care about tomorrow.
