I would like to report 3 AFD's for me please Shaggy. I am proud of myself, and I am staying positive :T. I am not saying it is easy, yes I miss it but purse & health will be better.
Lileth - Good luck for the interview - stay positive & believe in yourself!
Purplemumof2 - :bdaycake: have a lovely day, I too have not told my DH I am drinking too much, although he probably knows it.
I had a wee options hot choc last night, fell asleep on the couch for about 20 minutes - I used to think that was only because of the alcohol, now I know its because its super comfyand I got up & went to bed instead of lying on it until stupid o'clock
Well done to everyone
Stupotstu - Have a fab time in NYC, would love to go there one day:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

Salutory tale stupotstu. I think we've probably all been in similar cringeworthy situations. I know I certainly have.:o

good luck on your interview lilith, happy birthday to the majority of this thread lol. Was walking through our town earlier and really enjoying it, funny how you enjoy things you are not forced to do. All sorts of thoughts running through my head, such as i should become a postman, policeman etc, lol.

13/31 AFDs and an Options chocolate for me, too.
Our couch to 5k group had a power walk at lunchtime as we only get half an hour, so there wouldn't be time to get changed, walk/run, washed and changed again. It was lovely and sunny, so everyone really enjoyed the time outside. We did 3000 steps in 25 minutes! What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0 -
hello! reporting in - quite early but am on the camomile tea and have had dinner so not tempted by wine now... So that's 11 AFDs please for me Shaggy, out of 20 for this month, so more than half way - yay!!
Have a good evening everyone! xxSick and tired of waking up sick and tired...
