no more birthdays etc until June. i need a summer coat, so waiting til summer ranges are listed0 -
thats a bad crack these days as we now live in a world of mobiles and smartphones.
I know some friends who no longer have landlines as its cheaper from them just to have a mobile phone rather than pay line rentals etc.
It's now quite a large number of people who only have mobiles for just this reason. Companies that use this excuse are cutting themselves off from their customers. Usually these are the same companies that expect customers to use non-standard number to call them!0 -
Slightly off topic....Sister in law only has a mobile phone, fine for making calls but when we call her it costs us a fortune. Hence. no one phones her!:pThe best thing you can do at work is join a Trade Union.

It never arrived, No one contacted to me to say why not.
You appear to live in Tamworth, yes? I'm going to guess that your shopping didn't arrive because of the enormous dumping of snow we got around this area last Friday.
Of course, the rest of your complaint is very valid and is awful customer service.0 -

My main issue was not being contacted. i expected delays due to the snow of course.
But shopping being cancelled twice without contact was my main bug bare.0 -
email andy.clarke@asda.co.uk he should get it sorted
Thank-you railbuff, a member of his team contacted me tonight and "Result"...£50 voucher, £20 back for my phone bill, and shes looking into all the phone calls and actions of the managers and customer services. :-)0 -
Asda are terrible. I asked for them to deliver my shopping between 8-10pm one day and the shopping did not come until after midnight! I had to call them and wanted a callback, I did not get one. I complained via email the next day and did not get a response!
So I have deleted my address, debit card and email address from their account and no longer shop with them anymore.
This is why I shop with Waitrose/Ocado, their customer service and shopping experience is second to none.DEBTFREE AND PROUD!!0 -
I booked the 10-6 slot for delivery today. I am still waiting for my food. I have phoned customer services twice now and have been assured the shopping is now on it's way (believe it when I see it!) all the compensation that I have been offered is my £2.50 delivery fee refunded. I get that the weather can cause delays but no one had the courtesy to phone to say it would be late or to apologise! The snow hasn't even been that bad around here.0

I am having exactly the same issues. The CEO will be getting a email. Their staff training is clearly abysmal and their home shopping system not fit for purpose.0

I don't think they've ever answered a single email I've sent so why do they even bother having a customer services address in the first place?!
I agree, I have never had a response from their Head Office either, maybe if enough people use the CEO email he will realise that he has a problem.
They failed to deliver my shopping on Friday due to the weather which I expected, but have now lost the order so cannot re deliver, my order is showing and delivered on the accoubt and I have been charged £185 which they cannot refund for 3/5 days.
They blame the banking system, which is rubbish, I can make an online payment and it is with the recipient in 2 hours. Goodness knows how those without the means to wait for the return of the money manage.0
