I got neither of these either after my order on Tuesday evening, but emailed them and got a nice email back to say that they had despatched the order that morning (last Thurs) at the correct price. It arrived yesterday lunchtime.

My boots arrived today, luckily they fit fine, I did go up half a size as the website suggested.
They are great, a bargain at just £12.95 thanks op
