Really tempted by the jacket but does anyone have any idea of sizes. I am a 12 but fear the 10-12 would be too small with jumpers etc underneath but would the 14-16 be just too huge?! I'm too mean to order both sizes and pay returns!!

buy one, try it on, return it for an exchange... or there is a code for free delivery to you initially, so buy both and then send the one back that doesn't fit - you're only effectively paying for postage once...

I've got the small (uk 10-12) black jacket and am a size 10, and there is still plenty of room in the jacket, I find their sizes to be slightly bigger and boy is it a windproof jacket - I've got to say I love Lands End jackets in the sale as I've got quite a few of their outer wear items. Gonna get myself some snow booties in my fave colour purple - woo hoo! My hubby has the male snow boots and he said his feet have never been so warm when wearing them - yee haa!!!:j

Thanks very much. I'm in the same situation as funnyfreckle. I've just ordered a red jacket in a 10/12 and hope it will fit. It does say in one of the questions on the site that they are made to be a bit roomy to fit jumpers underneath.

Just a very quick word of warning - some of the sizes in some colours are coming up that they wont be delivered until 20th Feb - so just be careful if you need them soon
