Primus telecom - broadband tech support are hopeless!

Mother-in-law has got broadband with these idiots.
Its now not been working for over a week. Impossible to get through to them, then they tell you they'll phone back and they don't. Occasionally, they'll say its fixed when its not.
Never again....

Thought about switching to them, even put and order through but cancelled few days later. Too many nasty stories about them flying around :think:0

It's not just their broadband that has stopped working... We've had no phone service for more than a week now. I've tried ringing and emailing and have never got through or got an automated response of any kind. I get "hold" music and then cut off after about 5 or so minutes.
It's not just us either... lots of other people have found their service has just stopped.
I've never had any problems with Primus until now but I've given up and cancelled my payments to them to try and get their attention. If anyone needs convincing of how rubbish they've become since becoming part of New Call Telecom then check out a lot of the recent reviews on reviewcentre.com0 -
