Primus Customer Services Get To Work Now!!!!

Been waiting on Primus's Customer Services queuing system for the last 50 minutes and counting.
I reroute my phonecalls through them and for the past week I have been unable to make any call.
By the time I have dialled the fouth or fifth number I am greeted with this message:
"sorry your call has not been accepted"
This is the case even when I dial their Customer Services's 0800 number.
The music is awful and repetitive. No I won't be recommending any one to your services to earn that £20 credit any time soon!!! :mad:

I have the same problem, and managed to get through to a poor soul in accounts, who, of course, couldn't do anything to help. She says there is a serious problem affecting hundreds of people, which accounts for the gridlock in the fault reporting system. So they are trying to fix it.
But there is a total lack of communication at Primus these days--I e-mailed last Wednesday (not wanting to listen to muzak at 14p a minute on my mobile) and didn't even get an acknowledgement. And again on Friday and got an auto-reply. They were really good before they were taken over by New Call Telecom.
