I have read this on other Primus threads. I have been with them for over 5 years. Had to call them once a few years ago but got through fast enough that I don't remember much of it. But this is really record beating.Primus has no meaningful phone-based CS-that's why they are so cheap.
I guess this thread may become helpful for other customers of Primus to know what to expect if they ever need to call their CS. Always call them on a wireless speaker phone so that one can go to the loo :rotfl:and have both hands free to do other things. :rotfl:0 -

3 hours 12 minutes and suddenly the phone line went dead. Totally quiet.0

Same here,... first call on hold for 40 minutes, second 3 days later over an hour, third (this is to confirm installation !) 40 minutes and finally fith 30 minutes..... So I sent them an email canceling my order.
They said to give them a call !

I called them today at 17:05 and got through in 3 minutes. I am as surprised as you are! Their little message about peak times is totally true in my experience. The reason I called is that I hadn't recieved my login details which I emailed them about last Wednesday but hadn't heard anything. Not ideal but I am paying them next to nothing for the service!!0

Oh dear this doesn't bode well. I was waiting to speak to someone the day before yesterday for 50 minutes before the hold music drove me mental and I gave up. Thought THAT was a long time until I came here!!!
Tried again this morning at 9am on the dot (when they open apparently) and sat in the queue for 10 minutes before work stuff meant I had to hang up.
Will try again during their off peak times, but am really not holding out much hope. I haven't had a dial tone or been able to make or receive calls for probably about a week now though, so quite what they're taking my money for I don't know!
Has anyone got an email address to try contacting them on?
